Being a government college the fees is white low as it is 10 rupees per year for the academics. Later you have to pay around 5000 per semester as exam fees. The hostel fees is 14700 per year for boys and its almost the same for girls. The best way for boys and girls hostel is around 3500 per month. You can apply for different scholarships like post matric scholarship and Bihar Student credit card scheme and other scholarships. If you don't take hostel then the complete course fees for the 4 years will come out to be around 50000 maximum.

Campus life is one of the best in MIT campus is full of nature there is different sports ground cricket ground football ground badminton court volleyball court and other indoors sports activities are present. There are different clubs in the college each club is for different purposal like tech purpose cultural purpose sports purpose. There is an MIT working group committee in which different groups like finance club higher education club it working club soft skill club are present. The campus Vibes are quite good as there are many fests happening in the college through the year

If you are a boy then there are hostels available throughout all the four years the boys hostel s are quite good but because of being old the infrastructure need maintenance here and there. The best food quality is decent. For the girls hostel as the capacity is limited you might face a problem in hostel allotment one with good marks is preferred over the other for hostel allotment in both boys and girls.

Admission in MIT is based upon the rank in JEE mains examination after the JEE mains examination you have to fill ugeac form for counselling in Bihar engineering colleges. If you want admission in MIT then you will be given a UR RANK AND A CATEGORY RANK IN UGEAC . IF YOU SCORED 91+ PERCENTILE IN JEE MAIN THEN YOUR RANK IN UGEAC WILL BE UNDER 500. IN UNDER 500 UGEAC RANK YOU CAN GET MIT

The faculty to students ratio is good in all branch there are 15-20 teachers for 60 students All the faculties are highly qualified IIT passouts. Most of the faculty help in learning some new skills. Most of the faculty members are very friendly in nature and the are willing to help such students who shows positive intent towards studies
