Remarks
One needs to have a good jee score or a good mhtcet score. My admission was done through mht-cet. The admission process is simple and major seats are reserved to cap rounds. It has Jain minority. It has 180 seats for computer engineering. The cutoff for my year was around 91 percentile for mhtcet.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as I am more interested in computers. The faculty here is very nice and talented. They are supportive and well qualified and teaching is done well. The terms exams are taken and the difficulty level are moderate.
Placement Experience
A student becomes eligible for placement after sem 6. There are many companies like TCS, Infosys, and 200+ companies that come to hire students. The highest package for an Apsit student is 25 lacs per annum. There is a high percentage of students getting placed from institute around 80%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is affordable to everyone for any open caste it is 125000 per annum. There are concessions according to caste and for minorities. There is an EBC scheme for students with less than 8L family income which gives 50% of fees back.
Campus Life
A P Shah has its fest named OJUS, a fun event consisting of 4 days of sports and 4 days of cultural activities. There are technical fests also and many social groups and clubs are run by our students like for awareness of the usage of pads during periods and many more. The college library has almost every journal.
