Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this because there is a 100% job guarantee, and I love the medical profession. This college is under the Rajiv Gandhi University of health science. The Bsc nursing syllabus is a complete package for training specialists in the field of nursing. The syllabus includes in 1st year is Anatomy, physiology, nutrition, fundamentals of nursing, microbiology, psychology & English also. BSc Nursing is a 4-year course, divided into 8 semesters. The exam is very hard you have to study hard to pass.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 650000 per year

Placement Experience

Colleges provide placement, There are some hospitals where colleges give placement. Fortis Hospital, Cadabams Hospital, kshema hospital, etc. but the package is very less, it's about 10000 per year. The highest offered package of my friend is 150000 per year in Hyderabad. 90% of students get placement every year. My plan after getting my degree I will go abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees are 6.85,000 including hostel & food. Exam, dress & clinical fees will be extra. There are many scholarships but I recommend NSP. NSP will give 30,000 rupees per year but it's only for Muslims. Other castes will get 6000-10000.

Campus Life

There are many festivals All Bengali, Kannada, and Malayalam festivals will be run here. There are many libraries, you can collect all the books from the library for free. The classroom is also good' Boys & girls are in the same class & a big classroom. Cricket, football, badminton, etc ground is there. There are some social groups like helping groups but there are no politics.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides one room with 2-3 beds, the room is really clean. The meal is not so much good, the menu is ambar, rice, dosa, and some day chicken also. You can stay outside of the college like PG & personal room Rent will be 1500-5000 per month.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

10+2 Class class passed with PCM is the eligibility. The student shall be medically fit. Student assed 10+2 examination with 50% marks. The student shall be admitted once per year.

From Classrooms to Clinic : My College Journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that made me choose this course : The course has strong clinic focus. It gives early ward postings and lab skill training. The mix of theory and clinical work made me choos it. The course gives hands-on skill in wards and lab. We learn case study, care plan and drug chart. It also improves our critical thinking skills during intervention. Areas to improve : More skill lab time can be added. More demo with new tech will help. More group talk snd case based learn can imrpove study. There are 2 internal exams each sem and one final exam. Exams are fair and needed daily study. They are not very hard if we prepare well.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are available, but they are average and not very high level. The college conducts campus placement for our course, mainly in hospitals and related healthcare sectors. Many students get placed through college, but package is usually basic or entry-level. It is good for starting career and gaining experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is covered by theory classes as well as the practical hours, clinical posting time will be change in each semester. As for the exam each year is consist of two semesters, and each semester have two IA exam which coming up of the end semester eaxm. The difficulty of the subjects is based on how each student is will approaching the subject. As my experience of 3 years I felt like that the subjects will be get difficulted in each coming semester. And most of the subject will be having practical exam section which includes the osce section, which helps the students to improve the self confidence and good maintenance of interpersonal relationship. The 1 IA will on 3nd month of your semester starts and the 2 IA will be 1-2 months after your first IA anthe final end semester exam will be on the 6th month after the semester starts....
