Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in management and this could be the best course for an MBA aspirant having the most exposure and deep knowledge, faculty is down to earth and highly qaulified and experienced, and exams are not tough and happen each semester where we are prepared by PUTs

Class Size: 5Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Social internships in NGOsfor again social importance around the city and corporate industries in Topn Town, Dainik Bhaskar, Online and onsite internships, at Netlink, Infosys, Tata, Orai robotics

Placement Experience

Students are eligible after the 6th semester, many big companies visit like Sutherland, Tata, Infosys, and offers are many made, the highest average is 12- 14 LPA by Sutherland, 99% of students get placement, I plan to pursue PHD or do a corporate job in HR

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are minimal as the college provided/ assisted in scholarships paid by the goverment I only pay rs.5700 yearly and exam fees. Currently, I started working in a job as an HR executive in a software development company in Bangalore.

Campus Life

The college fest is a blast of fun with so many activities and happens during winter, Library is full of every kind of story books/novel/ academic books we dont need to go anywhere, Classes have excellent infrastructure and high-tech classes, sports activities and events keep happening,4-5 clubs

Admission

The applicant should be 12th pass and can be accepted from any stream application form can be taken from college, and fees are around 30,000-37000 per year but can be reduced by applying for a scholarship as an OBC applicant I got 75% scholarship on the actual fee and only pay 5700 per year

Interview Experience

GD happens often and topics are related to current affairs or debate-friendly topics which are very interesting, the admission process is very smooth, the college makes it easy and we just need to submit the necessary documents and fill out the form.

The experience with Sage University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fees structure and placement made me tool admission in this univeresity as in bhopal their are very few good options and Sage is one of them. The curriculum prepares you quit well for real word applications and provides a way for further acadmic pursuits only if you are attentive in the class. I don' think that there is a need for any improvement in teaching area as the teachers are very well qualifield but the only improvement they need is in management. If we talk about frequency of classes then they are quit frequent and timings are also very reasonable.

It was nice to recall whatever experience we had in starting our journey

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester only students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. It was an engineering college therefore multiple companies visited to hire for both engineering and mba students. I got three offer from visited companies . I got two Internship offer and one job offer. 1st offer for Hiteshi Infotech as Business Development Intern , 2nd offer for Study Metro as Marketing Intern. And 3rd my final job offer at Collabera. Generally the highest package goes till 12 LPA. During the tenure more than 300 company visited the college . And every students got the offer. Even the placement also take care about every students. They also make sure that each student much have an offer in their hands. When I completed my studies , I gave many goveronment exam, I did preparation as well but didn't cleared any . Therefore I joined the company where I did the intership.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the third semester of their college companies start coming for placement since then and the placement is continued till the end of the last semester top recruiters who visit the college for placement are Asian Paints Nestle ICICI Securities ICICI Prudential Amul Trident etc highest package offered to students is 12 lakh per annum and the average package ranges between 4 lakh to 5 lakh per annum almost 80% of students get good placement opportunities by the campus mostly the companies come for marketing or sales role very few companies come for finance and HR role.

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure in PIMR is effective and good. The institute placement cell lays great emphasis on the overall placement process and inviting companies in the college. The students are eligible to sit at placements from 3rd semester. There is rarely any company that visited the institute and haven't made any offer to the students. The highest package offered this year is of 20LPA, with average package being almost 5LPA. Almost 80% of the tsudents were able to secure offer letters at the end of their degree.

Life at SHIM

The admission process was quite smooth, all steps involved in the procedure were explained clearly by the administration. Students have to appear in any national level management test like CMAT/CAT/MAT, no specific cut-off was mentioned by the college for admission, rather appearing in the exam was mandatory, and a marksheet of the same was required during admission process. I gave the CMAT exam, the process for which was similar to other management exams, i.e. registration when forms are released and then appearing for it on specified dates. The only issue, according to me, was that most of the information regarding the course was not available online and was rather made available at the institution itself, residing in the vicinity of the college, it was easy for me, but might be a hinderance for those from far away areas....Read More
