Course Curriculum Overview
Post graduate diploma in culinary arts is an intensive course spread over one year. All the faculty are qualified to teach the respective subjects. Exams are conducted on a timely basis as per schedule.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fee is 1,70,000/- for the course. If one is eligible for any scholarship then they are guided to avail the qualified scholarship. The fee hike policy and cost to study are feasible and vary from time to time.
Campus Life
We had great exposure to various food. With highly trained chef faculty. We get in touch with various competitions and events of various chef associations around the country, Meeting chefs around the world and learning about their experiences.
Admission
The online entrance exam was taken by me. It consists of Aptitude, culinary basics, General Awards anend English. Interview was taken by the institute management. The application can be submitted from the college website.
Interview Experience
The written test will be a 50 marks objective type / multiple choice questionnaire conveying Culinary and food production-related topics. The interview was taken by the Dean of the institute. Preparation includes the basics of hotel management.
