Overall culinary academy of India is a college which trains the students to be a professional and to become future leaders of this industry. Students are trained well to compete in the industry, and to create a name for themselves and to set an example for others.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and curriculum are structured very well in the first semester for few weeks it focuses on enhancing your basics skills, further advanced cooking is being taught such as carving, a la carte fine dining plating, pastry and confectionery, bread art.
Placement Experience
Various famous and known hotel brand come in college for campus interview offering a good position and management program, apart from hotels this college also provide placement CRUISE ships which offers a good amount of pay and good exposure to the cruise industry.
College Events
There a various events which happen in the college time to time such as this year college created a world record for largest display for bread which gave us an opportunity to learn about various bread and to be a part of such event, the college also organizes and participates in the various sports event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are 40000 apart from this extra fees is to be paid for uniforms in uniform you are provided with chef coat t-shirt and trousers, kitchen kits in kitchen kit two kits are provided kitchen kit and one carving kit, food. These fees are divided into two semesters.

talking about campus life its very interesting college hrs are from morning 9 to evening 5 students are engaged in various activity, students are given exposure to various aspects of the culinary industry , college is located in Begumpet which is the main city near to station and locality is also very good, college organizes various extracurricular activity such as sports industrial visit etc.

Students in this college are trained to be professional and taught to behave the same with their batchmates and junior, students are very cooperative, friendly and helpful.
Admission
The admission process starts by filling an application form which is followed by a personal interview with the chef, written exam and a trade test (to evaluate cooking skills) this all tests happens in the month of June, based on your performance selection takes place.
