Remarks

Will hate forever this college. Talent is a big joke here and education is the business. .After it got the name of university the things were started to change ,rules became less stringent,management became student friendly which eventually leading students tend to bad path.With awful fee structure one need only money to get in to this college.Some of the good things about the college is its infrastructure ,even though labs are with less facilities but the buildings are good and the location of the college which is in a deserted area with beach stretch next to it.In my 4 years of graduation I always loved travelling through the beach stretch to reach college.And the bad part of location is it helps in illegal activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Only branches of ECE and CSE are prominent in this college.Even though the curriculum is good there are very fewer chances to pursue any other of your interests or even regarding practical learning on the subject.

This is a big joke in this college. You just need some certificate of internship from any firm they don't mind even if it is nameless.

Placement Experience

The other name of the GITAM college is TCS which is the major recruiter over the years. One of the major flaws in management rules is " Only one Placement for one student" rule which has been ruining the bright careers of students.

An awful fee structure which keeps on changing yearly with the greediness of management.

Most of them are old bitches who only knows the conventional way of teaching subject .One has to be firm to graduate from this college with good knowledge.

Campus placements are provided from college. Highest they show was 60Lpa obviously off campus and was in the year 2022 but there were quite good ones from AWS 32 lpa, yugabyte 44lpa, Morgan Stanley 29lpa. Average package is 5.9lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is dropped slightly because of the increase in studemt intake

Affordable college, needs improvement.

Applied to a couple of NLUs did not get the T1 or T2 NLUs, and did not want to go to T3 NLUs for the sake of the name, tried other private colleges but they were super expensive compared to this. I got accepted to all the private colleges that I applied to, and all of the T3 NLUs. The college has its own general admission test GAT, which is simple enough to be taken easily, a seperate personal interview is also conducted, though as far as I am aware, it is not a ground for rejection currently....Read More
