Kingston, a dream college

I chose this course because of my keen interest in this field and Kingston College proved me right. From detailed sessions to properly guided practical classes, this college has been a great support system. The professors are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Seminars are arranged to extend our knowledge and conducted by speakers who excel in this field. Weekly class assessments are scheduled which help us to cope with the huge syllabus.

Nestle and Amul are the companies that offer jobs after this course and internships with hospitals such as ILS are arranged which provide a weekly stipend of 5000-7000. Our college conducts certain projects which include visits to firms and organizations to study their working procedures which help us in developing our practical knowledge.

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year. Companies like Nestle, and Amul and hospitals like Woodlands and ILS visit our college for providing job or internship opportunities. The salary package ranges between 1 lac and -1.5 lac per year. Though I have plans for higher studies I would love to work with these companies to increase my experience.

The fees of this college are affordable and are taken semester or quarterly wise. There are no hidden charges. Scholarships such as svmcm , nao, etc are available and the college administration helps to avail of such scholarships.

My second year in college was filled with programs such as the annual fest called Kingstoxication, basanto Utsav, etc. Extra-curricular activities such as sports and painting competitions are arranged. Dance and drama clubs have recently started as well. Our library is stacked with books and encyclopedias. The classrooms are airy and comfortable to sit in.

The minimum required percentage in 12th was 80% in science steam. There was no admission exam. The application form is available on the official website of the college. I visited the college before admission for the fee details and submission of required documents.
