Likes

Things I've liked is the college. Faculty members they will treat the students like friends.
Then the campus canteen the food will be so good.
Also You liked the hostel that was so comfortable and the hostel food also so good

Dislikes

So far I didn't disliked anything and I also suggested to improve the class.
At first the hostel experience was bitter because I felt lonely then I got my friends.
I liked everything in college I didn't disliked anything .

Course Curriculum Overview

I was basically interested in English from my childhood so I took this course it was really appreciated learning from the well-experienced faculty members. At first, I was not able to talk in English fluently with my friends but After learning here I can able to talk fluently in English with confidence.

Class Size: 500Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities

So in BA English literature, we have to do internships in schools, libraries, or colleges anywhere we want then the marks will be added to the semester marks and also we will have seminars and assignments for the extra credit marks.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very low compared to other colleges then for BA English the fee structure is very low also there is a scholarship for poor families then as English literature students we have multiple job opportunities.

Campus Life

So In the college, we have more extracurricular activities then we have part 5 clubs also there we can exhibit our talents and learn many new valuable activities through these clubs and also we have many programs like confluence and drama fest etc.

Admission

From my experience After my 12th grade, I applied to bishop Heber College the first step I went to the college website it's bhc.edu.in and I applied the application then eligibility, of course, you should pass the English examination then really easy to apply to the college then I was selected then they called me for the conformation we can get information in the college website then the fees structure also.

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides placement. At first they will conduct some training programme for those students who are all interested and paid fee for placements after that based on the performance of the students in the interviews they got selected. Companies like Accenture and many others come forward. The percentage of the students getting placed is depends on good performance. I planned to look forward for some jobs by cracking some exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.

Tone and engagement
