Likes

Staff is quiet welcoming and helped me to secure the admission.
The campus area is quite big and the college keeps coming up with new fests and seminars.
Participating into different types of fun activities ,enjoying the canteen life is the most funtime in college.

Dislikes

The prices were a bit high when it comes to grabbing a canteen snack.
There is no lift facilities in the college for students so you should use the staircase

Course Curriculum Overview

It includes practical and theoretical mathematics rather than specific technologies and will provide you with a wide variety of job opportunities at various levels and fields. The library of the college is quite good with a lot of subject-relevant books which will provide an excess of knowledge in any subjects like java, python, data analysis and so on. Also choosing this college as a student is a good choice as the staff and teachers are mostly available to clear doubts through PPTS and some extra practice sessions.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Patkar college provides great helps in achieving jobs in Automation companies that use powerful programming languages such as Python, AI, and ML concepts. The fees are usually hiked by only a few percent in a year and still provide the best teaching aids and materials.

The books are loaded in the library with covering wast variety of subject. The college also has two libraries will well-designed and spacious reading spaces. It was too fun to come and read your favorite books and do some useful research with the same.

The admission process is quite simple and based on merit. every student should secure at least 50% in physics, chemistry, and maths as a compulsory subject. The application forms are available for admission on the inquiry counters, the staff will take your details and calls you back once the admission process starts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

I chose IT as it has a vocational subject which can gain you more marks. But the facilities are very bad. All facilities wete trainies non wete permanent. Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.

My Experience and Views of Patkar-Varde College

I applied to DG Ruparel but did not get in due to the cut-off being higher there as they only offer 30 seats. I applied to Patkar because the exam structure makes it a holistic application-based course. However, in other colleges 100 marks written exams are compulsory.
