in my college we wait for exams because all the they evaluate the student by his seminar activitises and way speaking and creativity of a students. they formally conduct a mid exams bust they more concetrante on developing a student.

come to faculty all people are PH.d holder they are working with same college from last 5 yrs. they completely attached to the college they never leave the college. faculties are more interactive with each and every student. they will shuffle the students like one faculty is responsible for 10 students. the faculty should take care of all the student activities
