Honest Review of IT-BHU So called IIT-BHU

As we know the placement is very good at IIT BHU that's why I have opted for the course. I think faculty to student ratio is very low at IIT BHU. There are very limited professors in certain courses which require more professors. And some professors asked to teach the subject in which they are not experts. There are very highly qualified professors, from reputed universities like Harvard, Stanford, and MIT, and having good research in their respective fields. All the exams were conducted according to the mentioned time in the academic calendar. You can pass exams if you solve assignments and quizzes.

The Fess structure is affordable in comparison with other colleges. There were also many scholarships in college such as the ONGC scholarship, the IIT BHU alumni scholarship, and many more. There is a good opportunity to grab a job on campus with an average of 22 lakhs per annum.

Campus life is not good due to the open campus anyone can enter your hostel, ground, or fest, and security is very poor. The famous annual fest is KASHIYATRA conducted in January, the largest socio-cultural fest in North India, TECHNEX conducted in March, the largest technical fest of North India, and SPARDHA conducted in October, which is the largest sports fest in India. All the books and journals related to engineering are available. Sports facilities are very good and each sport has a dedicated coach. There were many clubs such as Business Club, E- cell, sahyog club, lit club, and many more.

The hostel facility is good enough all the resources were provided in the hostel such as mess and canteen. The quality of food is very good at IIT BHU. The registration process for a hostel is very simple just needed an academic fee receipt and mess fee.

The admission process is very complex, all the documents were submitted in online mode as well as offline in the department office. There was much information that I have to fill in multiple times. We have to prepare many certificates such as caste certificates, medical certificates, and many more. During the admission process, we have to go for offline registration.
