Study with fun and interest

College management was pretty good. Cleanliness is maintained all over the college. Overall college is very good and faculty was good.

I got admitted into the college through EAMCET. It is a state wide entrance examination in AP and Telangana. I chose electronics and communication engineering. I chose that group since I am very much interested in communication which is basic step for internet and mobiles. The basics I leaned there was very much helpful.

The course curriculum is pretty good. The design structure of the curriculum was found to be the best. It was designed in such a way that the basics are imparted strongly and in the coming chapters applications are discussed. This type of course structure is very much helpful in research activities. We have electives of other branches so that we get a good overall knowledge. And we have electives which are very much used like COMPUTER NETWORKS AND DBMS.

No our college doesn't provide any internship. But many companies came to our college for the recruitment. Some of the companies provide internship and give a stipend of 8000 to 12000 per month. Companies like Hyundai will have a training sessions only for a week and give a stipend of 1000 per day. Overall it's good with the experience.

I find myself fortunate to be in a college like VNR because it's placement very good. Many companies visit our campus every year. Around 50 companies come to our college every year. The max package is 11 l.p.a and the minimum package is 3 l.p.a. Companies like Microsoft , TCS , Capgemini , TechMahindra , JPMC, OPENTEXT and many more visit our campus. Microsoft is with highest package of 11 l.p.a. Recently I heard a news that Adobe has approached our college and offered a package of 20 l.p.a.

Our technical symposium is CONVERGENCE and cultural symposium is SINTILLASHUNZ. These are the biggest fests in the Hyderabad. Many colleges will be participating in this events. We also have a sports fest in which almost all colleges around Hyderabad participates. There are branch wise technical fests also. For our cultural fests celebrities come and entertain us.

The fees for our college is 97500 We have a additional fees of 12000 which includes library , aicte , University and NAAC . This is for each year. Comparing to other colleges the fees is somewhat expensive but it is worth for the infrastructure. So its not too expensive and too feasible.

The college doesn't offer any scholarship. But we get reimbursement from the government. We get study loans from the bank but the college doesn't offer any scholarship.

We have many extra curricular activities. We have many technical and cultural clubs. Some of the technical clubs are robotics, literature club , tedx etc. Some of the clubs are dramatic for acting , live ware for dance, crescendo for music , vj theater for short films. Gender ratio is almost 3:2. Many parties are held. Workshops are conducted frequently. There is no race and religion issues. There are no politics held. The economic status is very good. Funds are raised.

The hostel rooms are very clean and tidy. The hostel fees is around 80000 per annum. The hostel capacity is around 1000 students. The food in the hostel is very tasty. The mess food is also so good. Many varieties are provided in the mess. The food contains rice , dal , sambar , fry and papad. The food standards are very high.

Seniors are very much helpful for us. Many of them are placed in reputed companies. All alumnus are connected through a software. We can contact them any time and sort our issues and clarify our doubts. They will be helpful in our projects , regarding placements. They come and conduct mocks interviews.

The exam structure is as common as the other colleges. We will be having two mid examinations and a final examination. And for every mid examinations we will be having an assignment in every subject. The assignment is for 5 marks and each mid is for 25 marks. The final examination is for 70 marks. The exams and labs are not very frequent. Mostly it is a chilled out day. Sometimes it is a hectic day due to other works.

I got admitted into the institution through EAMCET. I wrote the EAMCET exam and got 7837 rank. First my certificates are verified by the government officials. Then I applied for some colleges based on my rank. I kept the colleges in the order of their ranks. Luckily I got a seat in VNRVJIET. Then a allotment order was given to me. Using that I reported in the college and paid the fees

Our college faculty is good. I don't say they are the best but they are good enough to make us understand the concepts. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them are pursuing PhD. Some of them are indulged in research activities. They share their knowledge with the students and make students do some of their work so that students get much knowledge and gain from it.
