Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I want to become an electronics engineer so I choose this course also my father was an electronics background so it's easy for me because my father has lots of experience in this course. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:10. Most of the faculty in the college are qualified in IIT, NIT, and IIM all are have PhD degrees. And our teacher's teaching method is absolutely good. BVM college 2 midterm exam and 1-semester exam all are exam are tough and most difficult to pass before night study if you want to pass an exam you will have the power to start study before one week before the exam so you will clear it very easy as you will be a top ranker

Internships Opportunities

5

In our college, there are training and placement cell TPC who do all the work regarding internships for students. In my department of computer engineering, there are 95% of students placed every year. last year average package of our college is 6 lakh/annum (according to Google). in our college, many students get placed in good companies like TCS, Oracle, Infosys, torrent, etc. Our college placement rate increasing in the last 15 years. there was a good scholar student who take placement of 12 lac per annum. my plan after getting my degree is to do a job in a top MNCs like Microsoft google amazon Tcs in the post of a software engineer. every year there are many students placed in IIM, IIT, NIT, and foreign universities for masters and higher studies.

Placement Experience

5

TPC works differently from the big placement event in our college to place students in desired companies. L&T, Reliance, TCS, Adani, Accenture, Torrent power, Infosys, Elinfochip, Matrix, Wipro etc. like many companies come to our college for placement in 8 departments. As I said, Cliffs Association is the largest in India so it gives us a good opportunity for campus work. Also, this college has a good value in the market and therefore it is easy to be placed on the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

BVM College is a government engineering college so fees are very less. But you are not local so then it's expensive for you because the hostel fees are quite expensive and the food is also expensive. First-year I will apply digital Gujarat scholarship and next 3-4 months scholarship arrived at about 22000Rs

Campus Life

5

There are so many events, it seems like every week there is an event. The event was a great event and they developed our skills and communication. Every year on our campus there is a festival called UDAAN. This is wonderful. There are a variety of workshops, games and more, including food and concerts. That's the best thing about college. The classrooms are large and beautiful. We can easily see what is written on the board. We also have digital whiteboards in every classroom. Many teachers choose it, cricket, football, kho-kho, kabaddi etc. There are many sports events organized by sports clubs like singing, dancing, literature, debate, deco etc. in our college. There are various clubs like Also, we have a big library in our college, there are many books in the library.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Wallabh Vidhyanagar is popular with students and is the most important and largest student campus in Gujarat, with a total strength of 80,000 to 1 million annually. The college has a swimming pool, canteen, basketball and tennis courts, etc. It has its own hostel with excellent facilities Apart from Vidhyanagar, there are many private hostels and guest houses where you can stay. Any host will spend around 20,000-30,000 per year including food expenses. Unless you go to a high-end AC room that costs around 50,000

Admission

However, my admission was through the ACPC board. It is very comfortable. I initially chose computer engineering but after studying a little there was another round of ACPC so I moved to the best college in town for engineering. I think I made the right choice for college. Yes, my percentage is around 60% and I have got the benefit of reservation for the OBC category. In my case admission process it was easy for me because of my merit ia good so in first round i was qualified for BVM college list. Electronics course eligilibilty is easy gor those has 65% in gujarat board exams. Application process if you think you will go to direct college and contact BVM staff about admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree, wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also, beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects, they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.
