Both the NCC and NSS units in the campus is a must go experience.
The infrastructure facilities that the college offered for us.

Should have given much and better placement drive for the students.
It would have been better if we had a higher study oriented lessons.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The teaching methods adopted by the faculty members is way simple and exam-oriented. They cover our portions on time and give us time to review our lesson at the end. Though our class size is quite large, teachers never feel us back and help us in our day-to-day lessons.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 2300 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Being an Aided course, the fees are relatively convenient for even the economically weak. The college even provides assistance to the students through the provision of scholarship schemes both at the state level and central levels.

Campus Life :

Life inside the campus is really a worthwhile experience. Students get engaged in various club activities like music, dance, quiz. We even engage ourselves in the big library hall on campus. It was really nice to spend hours inside it. And about sports. The college football and tug of War teams are consistent champions at the University level. The college even has a strong Handball team to be proud of. The amenities and the sports activities on the campus are quite nice. Even the college has social clubs like NSS and NCC, which are active participants in the social course.

Admission :

Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha comes under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and has been graded A++ by the NAAC. Its located in the Nirmala Hills of Muvattupuzha, lush with greenery and calmness. Its Mathematical dept. has been way efficient since its formation and offers admission to students with an aggregate of 80 per cent and above score in their twelfth grade. It was an in-campus-based admission procedure during our days. And the process was relatively simple and convenient.

Companies like TCS (3.33 LPA), Accenture (3.44 LPA), ICICI prudential life insurance (2.85 LPA), Intellipaat (7.25 LPA), Goan institute international consociation of education, Arvind fashions (2.66 LPA), Tenzotech (2.4 LPA), Chegg India (3.6 LPA) offer placements. This is the placement list of 2024. Here 7.25 LPA is the highest package. Companies place students in their companies based on personal interviews and tests. Only students with no supply at the time of applying for this placement can appear for tests and interviews. Near 50 percent students got placements and many other students opt for higher education and other jobs.
