Poornima college of engineering honest review

The admission process at Poornima College of Engineering is very simple. It provides admission on both basis direct admission and on jee mains entrance exam based. The admission process also processes through the Reep counselling process. Fees are more than 1lakh per annum. And Poornima College of Engineering focuses on the study and other extracurricular activities This college also provides campus placement but the placement is not as much respected. The average package of campus placement is 2 lakh to 3.5 lacs. The course curriculum is based on RTU based syllabus as it is an RTU-affiliated college. The faculty-student ratio is approximately 1:15-1:20 which is quite good. Moreover, all the faculty are PhD holders and their teaching skills are very good and effective. Mid-term which is the second most important exam after the RTU examination is held every period of approximately 1.5-2 months. There are two mid-term examinations in each semester and the paper is quite tough.

According to my opinion, the fees are a little bit expensive for the environment provided by the college. But there are lots of scholarship exams from which someone can get a huge minimisation in fee structure. The fees for one year are divided into two instalments. However, some additional charges are added up in total fees like stationery, uniform etc. There are not great chances of getting a placement of a higher amount from campus.

The campus life is not that much interesting as I think so. However, there are many technical as well as cultural events held on campus. AAROHAN which is the greater cultural fest of our college held in March. At this event, many sports activities have been done. During day time all the other activities like sports, drama, quizzes etc take place and during evening hours many famous Bollywood celebrities were invited to the college to make the evening full of fun and enjoyment Another event like AADHAR which is a technical fest in which every student from every branch must have to participate and represent their technical skills.AADHAR is conducted by the student group called ZERCON CLUB. There are many other clubs in the college and the students can choose any of them
