Course Curriculum Overview

3

I opted for this course due to the low tuition fees and the short distance of the university from my home. The faculty are really Friendly and helpful but the ratio of students and faculty is poor. Most of the faculty in doctorates and guest lecturers are also highly qualified. Recently exam was conducted two months later due to covid and the exam question level is moderate

Internships Opportunities

3

You can get a summer internship after your 2nd semester. You can get a stipend of 8000-10000 per month. Icici, Bandhan bank and various government organizations are the internship partner. My project was to explore consumer behaviour with respect to the market place.

Placement Experience

3.5

In the case of MBA students become eligible in 4th semester for placement. They prepared you from 3rd semester for the campus jobs. Tcs, Bandhan Bank, icici bank, ujjiban Bank, IDBI Bank, indigo, ITC etc are the campus partner. The average package is approximately 300000 CTC. More than 80? student placed in various companies. I can go for campus jobs at the initial level

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Total tuition fees are 160000 for 2 years. You can opt for various scholarships. You can get a loan for the MBA. And they also offer campus jobs but the package is too low. If you want you can go for out-campus jobs.

Campus Life

3.5

They conduct an annual fest and convocation together in the month of July Or August every year. But there is no tech fest conducted by the college but this year a few days ago G20 college connect was held at the university. The library is really good in terms of books collection. Their classroom quality is at a moderate level. You can explore various sports of your choice.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostels are good in condition. You got moderate facilities with good furniture and security. The meal is actually Bengali-type food and it's really tasty and healthy. You can register for a hostel if it's available at that time. Otherwise, you can go for PG. In front of the college gate, you can easily get PG with good rent.

Admission

It's a central university and its admission is based on CUET PG. After the entrance exam, you should apply through the Tripura University website for admission on the basis of the results of the entrance. Eligibility criteria to get admission in MBA: You should be completed or pursuing your graduation in any stream with at least 50 marks for the general category.

Placement Experience:

From the second semester onwards, students are eligible for the management programme. Most placements have decreased as a result of covid, and firms prefer online interviews. By far, my highest LPA as an MBA was acquired at a rate of 5 LPA. In our class, 60% of students received employment offers. I'm studying for the IBPS exam and hope to start working at a Public Sector Bank shortly.

Admission:

I opted for this course as I was passionate about doing masters in business. I selected the particular institution as the teaching faculty was good depending on the fee structure as well as top colleges also. The institution select candidates by taking an Entrance level test followed by a GD round and lastly conduct a PI for those who clear GD round.
