Course Curriculum Overview
The course we are studying is B voc in Rubber Technology which is a skill oriented course in the field of Rubber and polymer industries. The theories and hands-on training is very helpful for getting placement.
Internships Opportunities
There are various companies or industries which offer internship in the field of Rubber related and stipend is also there. Hands-on skills and other technical skills are the outcome of these internship.
Placement Experience
After 5th semester the placement are provided to the eligible students with good skills and marks. Students usually get placement in rubber field industries or company. Around 60 percent of student get placement with average package of 4 lakh per anum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees included registration and all other necessary fees which is total of 5700 rs at first Semester and other is 4700 rs. Scholarship is available for ST/SC of various schemes which will have minimum merit cum needed like 50%.
Campus Life
The overall experience with campus life has been quite positive. The college regularly organizes annual cultural and technical fests. The library has a good collection of academic books. Sports and extracurricular activities are actively encouraged. The campus has facilities for both indoor and outdoor games, and students can participate in various competitions throughout the year.
Admission
Last year i have taken addmission in Maharaja Bir Bikram College, Agartala in B.sc Zoology but most of the faculty do yhe class with native language which is not understandable by most of the students, that makes me change the college. Cuet is the exam which is used for taking addmission in this university.
Faculty
There are two faculty from our department and external faculty are there too for other specific subject of short period like of one semester. Both internal and Main exam is taken by the University and most of the student pass the exam with good marks.
Night Life
The nightlife in and around our college campus is decent. Hostel timings are generally until 9:30–10 PM for entry, and the campus gates close around 10 PM, though students inside hostels can still move around within the campus. Students usually hang out at nearby cafes, tea stalls, and small restaurants outside the campus, which remain open till late night.
