I have liked my college campus very much.
When coming to studies our faculty are friendly and good
Infrastructure of our college is good and neat.

Systems in our labs will not work properly.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen computer science engineering with artificial intelligence and Machine learning. This course has a trend these days and I'm interested in software background so I have chosen this. When coming to the college faculty they are quite okay for me.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 86000 per year

Placement Experience

When coming to the placements I have heard that our college have less placements and starting package is of 4 to 5 laks per annum. I believe that if we have talent we can place in a good company without bothering about college placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fee is about 86000. I receive a scholarship of 35000 and I pay 51000 as my college fee. And every year we have to pay an extra fee like 5000. And we have to pay an exam fee Every semester, the exam fee is around 1500.

Campus Life

My life in college is good. We have a nice infrastructure and a big campus. Our libraries are good enough. When coming to the events our college will conduct many events which are cultural and technical events.

Admission

I have written the EMACET exam and I have qualified for the exam. The admission process is quite a good and time taking process. I submitted all my certificates during the admission process. Now I'm receiving a scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

I would 3 out of 5 because only the basic they thought in every college while getting the job they ask advance concept but I can that the course curriculum has improved now and they are preparing students for further jobs. Placement Experience:

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
