Course Curriculum Overview :

I did choose this course because I have a family business of surveying and valuation so I want to specialise in that field for better opportunities. The course curriculum is starting in 2nd year of engineering in 1st year there are only basic subjects like maths and science and communication skills starting 2nd year with survey and concrete technology every semester has 5,6 subject with theory and practicals and every exam must be passed separately in this university like oral and unit test also. 11 faculties are for every subject with their suitable master's degree in that subject and our hod ma'am coming strong qualified background so there are qualified teachers who make the environment for research creativity for making projects with a specific output. Term exams conducted every semester for 6 months in that 32/80 will be passing criteria for it strictly checking by teachers so everyone should write seriously and numerical also solve with correct answers no marks for step only

Class Size : 88Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience :

After the results of the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements for those having passed the last 6th semester exams with a 7 or more than it cgpi grade in it. Shobha developer ICICI Bank IRB infrastructure L and T infra j Kumar and godrej etc companies coming for civil branch students selecting 19 students out of 80 till now college taking special responsibility for placements of every student taking training before placement drives by the college. Giving minimum package of 3 LPA to 6 LPA offering valuation engineer and site engineer or stad Design engineer roles through this. I have planned to continue the job that I got in the Shobha developer 4lpa package for 2 years then I will do a master's in structural engineering for better opportunities.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I paid 120000 fees initially amount at the time I got admission here with tuition fees and development fees college charges these fees every year for new admission there are increasing every year. In the month of December mahadbt.gov.in on this website, Maharashtra government opens a scholarship form for technical education students in which we should mention our details and caste details and college fee receipt also then the government paid 95% of tuition fees and exam fees on my bank account after the approval for the scholarship after 2 months. Post-matric scholarship for SC and ST students Also, they are giving hostel fees for the Mumbai region will be 30000 after applying for a scholarship in the Samaj Kalyan department of Maharashtra. I have got a job as a Shobha developer in Borivali Mumbai on a 4 LPA package

Campus Life :

Avalon tech fest conducted for cs and it students treasure hunting and hackathon that involved for it American concrete institute society, Civil Engineering students association and many more social sites and committees for civil engineering students for knowing about innovation happening in today's life conducting competitions taking part in the social life of civil engineers Revive Terna named a cultural fest organised at our terna institute level with medical and dental college all students have a great opportunity to enjoy and represent our talents through this fest taking various competition like singing dance fashion show ramp walk character act etc Books and journals are available through the library they take fees for them. Sporttec named Sports event for engineering students at inter College level for cricket volleyball through-ball kabbadi football etc participating girls also in major numbers for it

Admission :

After 12 and CET passing with 89marks I want to get admission in civil engineering because I have an interest in that field requirements for that admission eligibility are 12th passing of more than 60% and cet score required above qualified marks for entering cap round admission of Maharashtra Engineering admission if we want to get best colleges like govt or autonomous then marks should be more due to competition as per our reservation. I am also taking benefit of the reservation of the SC category 17% of seats are reserved for it and fees will be 95% paid by the government. By applying on the CET website we should enter our details and reservation certificates like caste certificate validity certificate and non-creamy layer also for taking benefit of reservation. After that, we should select the college we want to get admission to as per their facilities and fees preference should be arranged on our choice. College and branch will be allocated as per our marks and reservation quota.

In 7-8 semester that is the fourth year of engineering where students gets eligible for the placements there are company visiting the college. A avg package of 5-8 Lpa is provided to students. Companies such as Wipro,TcS, Infosys and certain start-ups visit the college conduct certain rounds before final selection.. Highest package in 2022-23 was provided was 13 lpa and avg was 5-7 lpa Since 2023-24 round isn't closed since I don't have proper number... From IT department almost 70% got placed and rest 30 % went ahead for further studies or startup culture

Placement is available in this College. last year student was eligible for a campus placement interview. Companies like Mahindra company, electronic item related company. The package is your marks and skill, package range is 1 lakh to 2.50 lakh Year. The percentage for getting placement is not sure but I think 40-45%. Amazing Days.

Placement Experience:

In college at year ending some companies are coming for placement, first according to whole semester percentage they choose the students who got minimum 60 percent marks in all semester without back-locks. Every year 20-30 percent student get placed, Majorly visited companies are L&T, Accenture, etc. Average packages are 1.5-2.5 lacks per year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that I am chosen for Degree is a excellent choice, this choice is best for my further education and also for my future. In our collage 60-70 percent focus is on practical learning, only because of that at last year we are able to do our projects at own, with the guidance of our teachers.
