Review or Experience about IIMT Group of Colleges

The timing of classes was 9:15 am to 5:00 pm. There was a total of 8 lectures along with game classes, library classes, computer classes, pd classes, and sports classes. Most faculty have held the degree of doctorate in philosophy. And all are most experienced.

It's great to be here at IIMT College of Engineering. Campus &hostel life is just awesome. You find friends and everything seems easier. Good chunks of students are here for enhancing your competitive mind. Many friends remain your lifelong besties too which is always a big asset. The Alumni base is quite strong as this is one of the oldest colleges in Delhi. Paytm founder, IBM, TCS, google and Microsoft developers etc build a solid alumni network for you to be a proud part of the IIMT community.

Each year the number of visiting companies is increasing and also almost every student will be placed by the end of their period. 95% is the placement percentage for our batch and a minimum of 90% is guaranteed every year. A placement cell is particular for every department and they approach different top-class companies every year to visit the college so far they have done a tremendous job in doing so. •One can attend any number of companies as long as they are applying for a better job than they previously got so that every student gets the opportunity to get placed. Coming to the packages, an average salary of 4-5 LPA is maintained every year with the least being 4 LPA and the highest being 32-38 LPA (Or even more).

The college provides transparency in fee breakdown. The fee depends on the course for which you applied. It is feasible, moderate and expensive also. You can pay the fees through any mode by cash, by cheque, by demand draft, by net banking, by your credit or debit card etc. Like btech for CSE fee 480000 per year in 2022

Most of the professors here are very helpful and teach very well. The research faculty is very good. Though the administration can be better. The exams are difficult even the class tests are surprise tests but that depends on the subject teacher. The labs and classrooms are well maintained, though more renovation could have been done because it's the second oldest college in India so more architectural progress is needed. The pass percentage completely depends upon the subject and the students. Our college has clubs like a reflex beta which is our dance club, euphony which is our music club, robodarshan which is our robotics club, catharsis which is our photography club, codifies our coding club and also there are clubs for many other things like volleyball, badminton, basketball etc. There are two big grounds called the Oval and The Lords named after famous cricket stadiums and it has courts for cricket, basketball, and volleyball inside it.

Capacity Ramanujan Hostel for boys with a capacity of 315 occupants exists on the campus. Admission to B.Tech is done through a valid JEE/UPCET score. Candidates who are seeking admission into the MBA course should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks. For admission into MCA, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level.
