A glance to my college

I choose the college because as a North Eastern NEHU university is considered one of the best education providers and St Mary's is the best option for women and as have taken geography the campus has the best view with facilities in terms of practical and surveys for geography students teachers are also really reliable and down to earth really helpful and they don't prefer using local language they teach in English so that it will give the student the comfort they wanted exams are also been conducted every semester and it's difficult to pass but the facilities are good

Fees are given on a semester basis and there are library fees and other union tribal fees even though that's personal and the cost might be between 2000-3500 yearly or semester basis there are various scholarships given to tribals and caste people like St sc Or obc scholarship ugc scholarship and many more like ishan uday scholarship you can apply for any of them

The infrastructure is great as Shillong has very less plain area and very much of hilly areas but still, the campus provide lots of restaurants, food court and coffee stall and many more with home delivery products also the campus is large with 2-3 floor buildings and a big library with subjective books and extra curriculum activities held in the campus like social fest and sports meet and cultural function and many more clubs to participate like environment, singing dancing etc

St Mary's is one of the prestigious college of Shillong and specially for girls it is eligible to all those who wanted to opt for a better college for graduation especially in Northeastern Region it's under NEHU which is the leading university of Shillong and application for admission will be available from June to July are result and reservation seats are also there for tribals St/Sc and Obc also they are given preference in terms of choosing the subject they wanted and they can avail it but entrance exam is mandatory for all
