What Students Say

Likes

Teaching is excellent from the faculty side.
Sports are the next thing I liked most ,you get a nice opportunity to learn and practice new sports.
Cultural and social activities are the other like fests , marches, nss etc..

Dislikes

Strict timings like college gates won't be open before 3 pm.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty are Ph.D. graduates and highly experienced ( more than 10 years ). There is at least 1 faculty/ mentor for every 10 students. Once in two months, we will have midterms, and at the end of the semester, we will have semester exams.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 108000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Providence India (stipend 40000), Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Adobe. They offer internships for roles like web development, product management, sales, database management, developer, data science interns, etc.

Placement Experience

Campus placements start right after 3-2 semesters. Companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, ADOBE, AMAZON, etc. will offer placements in the college .80% of students in each class were placed in too many companies. The average package is 5L per annum. Some students also opt to go to foreign countries for pursuing MS.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for the college is 160000 for a regular student. Students who scored well in EAMCET can avail of full fee reimbursement from the government and others can get 35% of the full fee. Students can also try to get an NSP scholarship.

Campus Life

Social life at college is amazing, there will be a lot of clubs to explore students' talents like music, dance, art, acting, tech, and design clubs. A vast collection of books are present in the library. There are two NGOs in the college too.

Admission

We need to score good marks /rank in the state entrance exam (EAMCET) to get into the college. If you score less than 10,000 ranks in EAMCET, you will be eligible for full fee reimbursement or else you will be given 35000 in scholarship.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

I got an answer rank of 7381, I have chosen only ece subject in all the colleges which I have applied in osanima university, CBIT, vasaviengineering college, Gokaraju rangaraju college. Also other top 10 colleges.I got seat in this college but I prefer CB.IT college more than our college and also vasavy.College is equal to MGIT. After applying for these colleges, I got to know that Vienna is not a good college is equal and Mania university is a good college, but faculty doesn't care about students according to seat in CBI t and mjt, please. Prefer cbit. The admission process in this college is simple. You should get seat through t. this is the best college for the students who are very auspicious and determined

i did applied for various colleges like chaitanya bharathi intistute of technolgy,vasavi ,vjr college etc and this college i got admissions in vasavi college and mgit but in vasavi college i got civil branch in which i don't have intrest and got IT department in mgit so i choose mgit over vasavi college and i got rejected by cbit, cvr college because i got eamcet rank which are not enough to get admissions in those colleges .In MGIT ,the minimum rank for the cse is 6000 and for ece and ET's the rank is 11000 for general category and we also have B category in which the students can get admissions through there jee mains percentile...Read More
