Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to become a software engineer and I am interested in doing this course. The faculty is provided by the college according to the students. faculty:40 and students:300 The faculty is well-qualified and their teaching method is very understandable. The exams were arranged every week and if you study hard you can easily pass the exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The companies that provided internships to the students of the college are Swiggy, amazon, Infosys, HCL etc. The company are selected the students according to the projects that are made by the students of the college for the internship purpose.

Placement Experience

The seventh-semester students are eligible for campus placements in the companies. The companies visited in our college are Amazon, swiggy, HCL, Infosys etc. The highest package will be around 20 lakhs and the average package will be around 9 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placements is around 85 %.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college is according to the student's scholarships. The student who have scholarships pay fees very low. The scholarship is available on the basis of 12th marks and on the basis of university ranking. The job you got on campus is according to your skills and university ranking.

Campus Life

There was an annual tech fest named festronix conducted in our college in the month of December. The books will be available in the library which is free of cost. There is a big ground for outdoor games in our college and also provided indoor games.

Hostel Facilities

The rooms of the hostels are very clean and there are separate chairs and tables for the students. The taste of the meal is average and there are different things to eat every day. You can take admission by direct contact with the faculty of the college hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

For eligibility to get admission in our college, you will get minimum 60 percent in 12th board. The application form is available in both forms(online and offline). The admission process is very nice. so there will not any need of improvement in admission process.

Interview Experience

The topics of the GD are given according to your knowledge and the topic of the interview questions is based on your skills, coding based questions and the test pattern will be aptitude, technical round etc. To get admission, you should pass all these tests. The preparation for all these rounds is done by study hard for these tests.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

I have applied for NIET but I got rejected because I applied to late for the course. Not only this I also applied to colleges like RIET in Rajasthan Roorkee Institute of engineering and technology in Uttrakhand and IILM University and I got admission letter from all of the above said college but after comparing these colleges with Lloyd Institute of engineering and technology I decided to take admission here. This college lacks in terms of events but the coding culture hackathon and student-faculty relationship plus the placement rate of 95%+ attracted me. Specially the DSA of this college is best in town as they explain everything with projects and professors who are currently working in industry are your professor. The admission process is quite simple and lengthy at the same time. If you are willing to take admission then you have to qualify your class 12th exams with PCM and minimum of 65% is required for admission and must qualify JEE Mains with atleast 50 percentile. For direct admission they just check all the documents and check for seat availability and then they will give you admission form and you have to pay them a token amount and your seat is confirmed. For admission through councelling the process is lengthy because each and every stage is governed by UPTAC where you have to apply first and then you have to opt for this college as priority so that you can maximize your chances....Read More

I got rejected by some of the colleges due to a low percentile in entrance exams and due to cse course also. I want a Btech CSE, but due to the low percentile, they provide me with an EEE branch, so that's why I dropped out of another college. Admission process is through Aktu Counselling, direct admission is also valid through your 10th and 12th merit based, Jee exams accepted for this course and this is the most preferred exams by the students.
