Course Curriculum Overview
I chose B.Sc. Biotechnology course because of my great interest in the subject. There is great scope in the field as well. All faculty members seem qualified and are very professional in their work. The difficult of term exams were fairly tough, given the complexity of the subject.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placements during the last semester of their course. Our college has contacts with a large network of companies. Around 25% of students get placement. My plan after getting a degree are to pursue higher studies in the same field.
Fees and Financial Aid
Each year, the fees are expected to be paid within a given period of time. The college provides an option of paying the fees in installments to students facing financial difficulties. The fee structure seems fair.
Campus Life
The annual fest of our college, "Alegria" is one of the biggest fests in Mumbai and is also an attraction of our college. Alegria is mostly conducted every February. It includes art as well as sports competitions. The library is equipped with all the necessary literature resources needed for the students. The classroom has amenities for e-learning.
Admission
The eligibility for B.Sc. Biotechnology was a minimum of 60% in 12th grade. The admission process was quite simple. The staff members help us guide throughout the process. The application details, including fees and dates, are displayed in the admission office.
