What Students Say

Likes

The Faculty is quite qualified and ver hospitable and humble. They solve every doubts of students.
The infrastructure is quite good and of latest technology.
The campus is situated on a good location. Environment is mesmerising and there is greenery everywhere

Dislikes

The weather gets cold when the Temperature gets below zero during December to February.
Every thing is good there but only one thing which irritates is weather.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was my interest to choose this course since my secondary education. There is an intake capacity of 21 students. The faculty members are highly qualified. It took 6 months to complete a semester there. The infrastructure and environment are quite good.

Class Size: 101Course Fees: INR 6820 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The campus is cost-friendly and affordable, and most students can afford to study on this campus. After promotion to the next semester, you have to pay an admission fee for that semester. Meanwhile, this Campus doesn't offer placements or internships it only offers degrees.

Campus Life

In collaboration with other universities the campus Organises Symposium, and debates every after six months. Campus's library has a good ambience it has good infrastructure and you can find every book there. There is a digital board in the individual classrooms and the benches are of good quality. From time to time basketball, cricket volleyball and badminton competitions are held by the campus and university.

Admission

First of all, there was an entrance exam which was CUET, conducted by NTA. After clearing the entrance examination the department declares the merit list for the counselling category wise and then they release the final selection list

Overall a good University with below average placements.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

I want to do pursue the BSc in zoology because I liked the like that however is the additional additional subjects that are given with the zoology under the new education policy are not good at all I struggle for the most part of my education like with my Hindi subject I didn't want to learn Hindi but I had to because it was an obligatory subject to pursue. Course Curriculum Overview:

First of all, I had taken science in my 12th too, that is why I wanted to continue in science and due to my interest in physics and chemistry, I continued in this course. The curriculum provides me with Whatever is sufficient in my course and whatever knowledge I need, I will have more than that. CUJ is Cute!!

Placement Experience:

Placements aren't that good and for Zoology it's like the research roles in labs and under research professors so mostly a salary of 30-50k is what students of Zooly gets at our college and even DU stidnets get the same.

GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.

Remarks:

A Good College Even though the college life seems like a fairy-tale to you, it is not. There are so many things that you have to be careful about when you are visiting a college and checking out its ambience. Don’t get influenced by the clean campuses that most of the colleges have; they purposely do it so that people like you get attracted to their appearance and join their team. If you don’t want to waste your hard earned money on the fees of the wrong college which spoils your fairy-tale dream, you might want to take admission in a college that’s good enough for students like you.

The University admits students on the cuet merit basis . Most students prefer this university because they want to explore Kashmir. Overall my experience was good although i quit after bsc.

I choose Cuk because of dicipline there.. In short after 12th you have alot options but there are collages where no matter you attend classes or not you will study a night and get 80-90%.
