I took VTUMEE 2015 entrance exam at first and after that you are supposed to give an interview with panel members from ARAI people and senior aculty of vel tech university. The admission procedure is 40% from VTUMEE exam, 40% from interview and 20% from under graduate percentage.

The people who selected to this course will have one year theory and practical classes here in VEL TECH UNIVERSITY and one year industry exposure in ARAI PUNE.

For M.Tech students, the one year full time internship i offered by a ARAI academy an central govt institute and no stipend is provided at that time. But we will gain so much knowledge during that period related to automobile engineering.

Most of the automobile companies established in INDIA are offering in campus placements drives in ARAI institute and they are tied up with ARAI academy.The placements are based on the performance of the candidate during a placement drive.

The fee structure here in this college is similar to the most of the private universities in india. For the two year M.Tech programme the fee structure is1st year- 1,86,000/- Rs2nd year- 1,72,000/- Rs.

They are offering scholarship for B.Tech students who are having high performance in their semister exams. The education loan is offered by the vijaya bank which is located in campus itself.

This university is mainly concentrate on academics and most of the events conducted here are related to academics .They conduct seminars, workshop events according to the academic schedule.

Particularly, the hostel fees is pretty expensive in this college, they will charge 1,43,000/- Rs per year for 2 people AC roomThe mess and hostel facilities are upto the mark.

The faculty in this college are very experienced and most of them holding Phd degrees in their respective subjects. Most of the theory subjects are handled by the professors and some of the theory subjects are handled by associate professors as well.
