I personally loved chemistry and love chemicals so preferred pharmacy as my career option. The faculties are pretty helpful and well-qualified. Each one of the faculties passed from renowned Universities. Term tests are conducted each month. There are 4 internal exams and one-semester exam and so students need to study throughout to pass the exams.

Companies like Sun Pharma, GSK, Johnson and Johnson, and Mankind often visit our college for placements. Companies generally give recruitment in QC /QA department. A salary of around 1.2 LPA is common and the highest package goes to around 4.8 LPA.

The annual fest conducted is named IRIS and is generally conducted in the month of March. There are around 14000 books available in the library and you can openly read them or issue them as needed. Sports are seen on the college premises, JIS Samman is conducted each year and both students and teachers participate in the sports. There are in total 9 clubs and each one is built for a specific purpose. Those who love sports can join a sports club., Those who love literature and painting can join literary and painting clubs, eco clubs etc.

The admission procedure at this college is pretty simple. WBJEE is the entrance test conducted by the Joint board. If your Pharma rank is around 10k then you can define get admission via WBJEE. You can also give AMPAI exam to get admission into this college. The cost of the WBJEE form is around 500rs. Management quota seats are also available but they are pretty expensive.
