Course Curriculum Overview
The course is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Hence the curriculum of this University is followed. In MBA Department most of the faculties are Ph.D. holders and NET qualified.
Internships Opportunities
There are various companies like NAGGARO, HCL, TCS, NESTLE, RSPL, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, etc. There are projects allotted to students regarding market research, Business Ideas, etc. every semester of MBA Program.
Placement Experience
From 3rd semester students are eligible for placement drives. Various companies came to campus like HCL, TATA POWER, NESTLE, ANZ Bank, etc. The highest package in MBA is 10 LPA and the average is 4 LPA. As of this year currently, 80% of students are placed in MBA, 4th semester is ongoing. By the way, PSIT has had 100% placement records in the past.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of an MBA in session 2021-2023 is 300000, which is 150000 per year. It may vary from year to year according to the college policy. Students can avail of UP scholarship. I didn't opt for it in my MBA.
Campus Life
The annual fest is IGNITIA, it is conducted in Feb month. There are multiple Libraries in the college each for a separate department. Classrooms are clean, with projector and seating also AC. There are various clubs in college for specific activities such as dancing, singing, photography, Charity, etc.
Admission
Eligibility for MBA courses is 60% overall including (10+2) and Graduation from any field. No, the admission process was hassle-free and smooth. On the first day, you have to give seat locking money, the second visit includes GD/PI then selection and after that fee submission.
Interview Experience
Yes, during the admission procedure, there was a group discussion along with a personal Interview I faced in my selection process. It was quite easy they just check your communication skills and confidence. These procedures were easy you need to be good at English and answer with confidence.
