Likes
- The way teachers teach you. They make sure everyone understands. As I was a student from science background they taught me in a way I never felt I don't know anything about subjects like statistics and accounting.
- I'm literally fan of their teaching method.
- Infrastructure is also quite good . AC Classroom smartboard etc.
Dislikes
- There is nothing that I disliked but yaa it becomes very hectic because you have to attend 8 lectures per day and try don't allow any break after each lecture so I guess they should allow 5minutes break atleast after each lecture.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum prepares us for real world applications because they have added subject like mini project in each sem which is related to innovation and you present you ideas and get an opportunity to work on that.
Internships Opportunities
You start getting mails for internship opportunities available with role and stipend in which company you can apply. It is compulsory to complete summer internship and for that they will help you where you should apply.
Placement Experience
From 3rd semester companies start coming for placements and seniors for placed from 3rd semesters only. Average package is 5lakhs and mostly students get placed till the end of their degree. If not placed teachers provide references for off campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fee for 1st year is 1,16,000 including aktu examination fees, you have to pay 1000 for id card and no their is no other charges than this. The college is affiliated with aktu, lucknow. If you are resident of UP you can apply for scholarship too like aktu merit scholarship and up government scholarship. Fee for GIMT is very less compared to other colleges for mba course.
Campus Life
You can participate in extracurricular activities that is organised by college. Events are organised and teachers support students for this they encourage you to perform and participate in extracurricular activities.
Admission
I didn't applied for any other colleges. I opted this college because of seniors recommendation and because of fee and also it is affiliated to aktu so it was also one of the reason to opt for this college.
Faculty
Faculties are very helpful. If you don't understand anything in class they ask to come after class and they make you understand whatever you are struggling with . They are easily approachable. There's 2 CAE and 1 PUT conducted in each sem and 1 aktu semester exam.
Night Life
Library get closed after college time. Cafeteria also get closed after college time. There is mall just outside the college so you can hangout there with your friends in break or after college. And I don't live in college hostel so I can't tell you much about nightlife.
