IILMGSM: Admission 2026, Fees, Courses, Cutoff, Ranking, Placement

There is no doubt that IILM, Greater Noida is an average B-School, but according to my friend's personal experience, the merits, and demerits of the college should be kept in mind that can help you to make your decisions wisely.

• IILM Greater Noida is one of the wonderful campuses with A+ residential hostels with private fully air-conditioned rooms.
• The students are given case studies from Harvard that will enhance and groom their existing skills.
• There is a complete one-month student exchange program organized by the college so that students can study and gain working experience in countries like Canada, Germany, Belgium, and France.
• During the placement drive, the students are allowed for at least 2-3 chances even if he/she gets placement in some prestigious company.

• Moving to demerits it can be said that the teaching faculty is not up to the mark, except for some.
• The management system is confusing to understand.
• There is a lack of opportunities for the students who want to be an entrepreneur and to start their innovative venture.

So you must get a glimpse of the college for an MBA. Though the college has the facility of providing comfortable accommodation, it lacks the main purpose for which students come here, including education, quality of faculty, opportunities offered to students, and placements.

Now considering all the parameters in mind, think wisely, and go ahead in your career.

According to official data received from the college, the highest package offered during the placement drives in 2020 was INR 19 Lakhs per Annum which was offered for an international job role. The highest domestic package offered was INR 16.25 Lakhs per Annum. The average package is to be INR 7.5 Lakhs per annum.

These things and aspects generally do not matter as much and the value a college provides should not be based on these.The sham of the highest package offered during placements is best not followed to judge the quality of a college.

The PGDM course, offered by IILM Graduate school of Management, mainly has AIU affiliation at Greater Noida. It is the best Management Institute after Bimtech in Delhi and other NCR locations, as per the AIMA list. 

One of my friends was an Alumni of this institute and he always recommends choosing IILM. This is because this institute provides enormous knowledge and various career opportunities by which a student can easily excel in his or her life.

• Basically, this institute has trimesters type of course divisions. If you are in the last trimester of your first year, the companies will offer summer internships. It may include both paid and unpaid internships. 
• If your CAT score is less than 85%, then you can take admission to this institute to study management. There should be no year gap in your career then you can easily choose IILM for the management studies.
• The curriculum of MBA is comparatively old which is the reason for the fewer placement statistics. But, approximately 100 or more companies come here to offer internships and final recruitment of the students.
• Companies include Hettich, Saint Gobain, Grail Research, Dassault, KPMG, Evaluserve, E&Y, Axis, Yes Bank, Deloitte, Airtel, Bandhan Bank, Reliance Jio, and many more.

Before taking admission in IILM, it should be kept in mind that this institute has more or less 9000+ alma affairs. You will be provided with the best way to grab knowledge considering the campus and helps you to be connected with the career development center of this management institute.
