Likes

I liked the facilities of sports. There is a big ground for cricket with pitch. There is basket ball court, volleyball court. There are facilities to play table tennis, carrom, pool, badminton etc. You can pursue your sports as hobbies there.

Dislikes

I disliked the way of teaching and theoretical learning.

I chose this course because of the opportunities and scope in the field of computer science along with high placements. Faculties are well-qualified but theoretical knowledge is more rather than practical knowledge.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You have to find an internship on your own and paid internship is not allowed in charusat. You can also pursue your internship in charusat itself by assisting and helping faculties in their project works.

Placement Experience

From 7th sem companies start coming for placements. An average of 3.5 to 5 lpa packages are offered to students of cse, ce and it. Around 50 to 60 per cent of students are placed every year which is not bad for a college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for depstar is 98000/yr and for capital, it is 128000/yr. Fees are on the costlier side but if you got more than 80 pr in boards then you can avail of mysy scholarship which deducts 50000 rs from your fees.

Campus Life

Campus life is great but if you decide to up-down from cities like Vadodara of Ahmedabad then most of your time will be occupied with travelling. Our library and classes are well maintained. There are many sports and cultural events conducted every year.

Admission

There are three ways one can get admission to charusat. 1) ACPC(BOARD+GUJCET) 2) management quota 3) nri quota. The admission process was smooth. Application dates will be provided on acpc website and for more information, you can contact the college.

Life at LDCE: A Student's Perspective

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

balanced with learning and challenges

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.
