Charusat: A dream or a Nightmare

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure is about 1.5 lakh per annum at my time it was 1 lakh, there is no hostel for boy in campus apart for tution fees there is only exam fees of 2000 that we have to give every semester the complete course is of 8 semester and it ranges from 4 lakh to 6 lakh.

The year wise fee is 141500 Rs And It Increase around 10k per year.But,the education as per student capabilities and 12th marit rank it is very excellent.There is also free seat available for those students who get good merit(under free seat condition).

Assessing CSE curriculum at Charusat

The fee structure for the Computer Science and Engineering at Charotar university of science and technology includes various components such as tution ,registration ,lab fees,development fees ,including all components the total fees of this course is 1,28,000 inr (indian rupees) yearly plus additionaly 4000 inr is taken every year as exam fee so total cost for this course is 1,32,000 inr yearly.So average four year fees of student is 5,12,000 inr plus exams fees in each year. However it provides various scholarships to students like MYSY,Mayuri Desai Family Trust Scholarship and schlorship if someone has good merit rank in 12th.The schloarship amount is half of yearly fees that is 64000 inr.Also there is government scholarship for SC/ST students.

Review on charusat college

The fee during my time was 102000 per year. But it has increased to around 135000 per year for all CE, CS and IT students while for other branches these is been around 100000 or so like in Civil, Mechanical, medical, etc. I live in a private hostel outside the college which charges me around 98500 for 1 year. So total fees including all for year equals to around 10 lakhs. There are many scholarships available but most famous of them is MYSY which is given by the Gujarat Government which gives benefits of about 50-65k.

The university does not update its curriculum to match industry trends. Lack of interdisciplinary courses and elective options. Insufficient focus on practical and hands on learning.

The university typically reviews and may adjust the tution fees on an annual basis. The complete costs of my education is upto 6,50,000 rs including all types of fees. University provides scholarships to top performing students based on academic excellence upto 65000 rs. The university provides on-campus placements starting from 400000 to 1200000 rs and also provides research assistant.

University has increased the tuition fees by 37000 rupees when I have take the admission. It is also taken quite high exam fees and taking exam on tablets rather than on papers . It is providing only one government scholarship at a time .

My total fees is 1,39,500 /yr and there are many scholarship for the girls given by University and MYSY is the scholarship for the boys and Girls (Engineering Students)which is provided by government under their criterias.MYSY is almost about 65000 and It will be continued for your further semester according to your score in University exam .

Overall balanced curriculum which includes theoretical and practical concepts.

There was increment in college fee after 2 years I took the admission but there is no policy which includes increment every year. The overall cost is around 148000. You can get different scholarship like MYSY and other government and some private scholarship.

The fees are the same whether you take through management quota or through ACPC. The fee structure for 2023 is 135000 for btech, it may vary as per the course. There are many scholarships that students can avail like mysy, hdfc bank scholarship, and many more. You can also get information on the scholarship from the academic section department.
