Likes

Free atmosphere, less restrictions in campus
No compulsory uniform on regular days , uniform only on monday and exam days
Easy admission system , thus college is always open for addmission

Dislikes

This college is too far from the city you have to travel 18km daily
Low network issue all over campus and canteen food is not much good in taste
Campus is so big you end being tired by walking in campus

From always I want to pursue a career in computer science. Some teachers have vast knowledge about their subject and some don't even have any clue. Some teachers hold PhD. While some are doing masters from the same college. Exams were pretty easy comparatively.

Availability of campus placement begins from the 7th semester onwards, Our college has a tie-up with TCS so the majority of students are get employed in TCS at the TCS ninja position that has a package of 360000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are decent, 90000 per year for a btech degree CSE, fees we paid semester wise 45000-45000 exam fees taken differently 1700 and bus fees is 15000. No financial aid for general maybe there for another category

Campus Life

The annual fest of our college is Spandan. This fest happens approx in February. There is a wide range of books available in the library. Amenities in the classroom are a table bench light fan and wifi. Often students play basketball, and table tennis and we have teams of these sports for inter-college competition

Admission

Yes, there was an entrance exam, I got 47/100 and got Btech+Mtech CSE exam is only for formality you can get any stream just visit the campus I took admission in mid of semester and still got admission to the CSE branch

IIIT bhopal the hidden gem

Placement Experience:

From 6 and 7th sem student are eligible for placements .paypal, amazon, google and other and their are 147 offer from companies the highest package of this is 65 lakh till now and 85 lakhs last year average packages is approx 17 lakhs and their are approx 85-95 percentage of placements my plans is to become software engineer after college.

The overall placements are pretty decent after looking at the job market currently. The students can go for summer internships during their 3rd year and also during their 4th year's 8th semester for winter internships. So addmission process is very simple if your percentage is more than 90% in 12 so you get 50% off in fees. Condition is they want more than 90 marks in physics, chemistry and maths if you wants to opt engineering. You can get directly addmission form jee.
