Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is well-qualified and experienced. Faculty members are cooperative and helpful to students at every time. The faculty ratio is near about 1:30 Qualifications are PHD for teaching staff, and the latest technology based is teaching methods Semester exams are conducted on a regular time basis. Exams are easy for hardworking students

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is different for the different courses which are offered there. Fees are affordable for every section of society. Poor and reserved have fee relaxation t available there. NSP is available for an eligible student, other scholarships are available there like OBC, Labour scholarship etc

There are a lot of festivals and events celebrated there but some events are on the Culture and art of Jammu and Kashmir. independence day and Republic Day etc. sports tournaments are arranged for both boys and girls there

Eligibility for the course is 60% in Bachelor's degree. The application form is available at the official of the university and time and mentioned there Reservation is for poor and Backward class students available there. university fee should be through an online process

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered but not upto that level but yeah for toppers there are placements in the campus but for rest of students many companies visit for the purpose but the least number of students get hired. My plan was to prepare for the upsc exams

A Review on University of Kashmir

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid 9279 for 1st and 2nd Semester in 2021 pursuing Masters Degree in Sociology. It included library fees, IT fees, NSS fee and other charges as well. There was no such departmental scholarship for students enrolled there.

Education is the best gift you can receive from your college

First 2 semesters were taken after a year but the rest of the 4 semesters were taken on time. Exams were held in a very peaceful manner and in a very tight schedule. There was no provision for cheating in exams

I didn't apply for other college but i had opportunities while councelling, I might go in other universities like baba ghulam shah baadshah university in my own district rajouri but the reason of rejecting that university because fee was very high there.Otherwise my opinion about that university is also amazing.I didn't get any rejection from any college.
