Real kiit

I chose CSE because I was interested in learning the front and backend of a website and also becoming a good coder. Student to faculty ratio is 30:1. Most of the professors and faculties are from IITs and have a Mtech degree or a Ph.D. Exams schedule was given at the start of the new semester and it is easy to pass if you start studying 1 month before the exam.

There are great internship opportunities here depending on what you can do. Kiit will offer many internships and the company also give PPO to some. Also, you can earn a salary from internships. You have to do many projects to earn a good internship and various skills are necessary for this.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester. Companies like Accenture and TCS are mass recruiters and various other companies like Amazon, Adobe, etc come for placement. Nearly 90% of students get placed somewhere or other. After getting the degree the placement is good enough I will start my job and later do MBA.

Fees are increased every year for newcomers. Once you have enrolled your sem fees remain the same for the whole course. Scholarships are given to those who achieve exceptionally in endsems and have a high CGPA. Also, financial assistance is given on the fees.

Recently 25th anniversary of KIIT happened so a 10-day carnival was organized various celebrities arrived including Sunidhi Chauhan and the whole college including the hostels lit up. Streets were also decorated and various events were organized by each society whether it is tech or cultural events. Books are given for free with the start of the new semester and the departmental library is open 24x7 and you can also go to the central library for more books and the environment there is really good. Sports activities are organized mostly on campus 12 and you have to be really good to get selected for a team. There are also various grounds where you could play any sport of sorts and fitness centers provide Indore sports also. The mostly main source of info is on kit website.

The eligibility was a 12th pass and there will be an entrance exam called KIITEEE where you would be tested the form is free to fill out and apply on the official kiit website. Also, the cutoff for CSE was 90 percentile. Reservations benefits were given for OBC/SC and ST. Improvement for the exam would be to increase the percentile needed and reduce the number of phases for exams. Currently, there are 5 phases for this exam.
