Entrance Preview

B. Ed. Entrance, Odisha. I am glad that I scored 82.45 out of 150 mark. At 1st i got admitted in angul college. then i transferred to RNIASe college. I opted this college because it is the oldest and best B.ed college in odisha.

Internships Opportunities

Our internship is to go and teach students of various school and class. Actually i dont know which school came under our instituition. The stipened is for only for OBC, SC&ST students which is PRERNA.

Placement Experience

The placement is good. if we qualified in otet then according to the mark we get our job. There are many government school beside these there is many central school where we get our chance to get a job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite feasible admission fee is about 7000 for 2 years. Apart from these we have to pay money for different type of program we celebrated.

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually i don't know whether our college give any loan facillity to students. But there are many state scholaship which have been provided to students through our college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is quite good. Good food supply and everything as far as i know is quite goot and feasible for a middle class student.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network and senoir studenta get good jobs and respectful life. I hope i also get that type of respect and job. All the alumni give their best towards their study and i hope we all are on their foot prints.

Exam Structure

As far i know the exam structure is that annual. We have to give 2 annual exam for 2 years. As there is lot more studies and also 50% of our mark is practical like internship.

A brief data of b.ed at RISE

Course Curriculum Overview:

This b.ed course contains specific perspective in education which itself gives insight to develop an inherent aura to foster the thoughts. This curriculum is well designed and so accurate which ultimately helping a student to absorb all the qualities required for a better teacher. There should be implementation of smart board and other neccessary things for concrete understanding of any concept. There is only one final exam per year at the end of course. Besides there is internship and other community activities etc.

A journey from student to student teacher

You have to give an entrance examination to get admission in this course. You must be a graduate in any recognised university. You will get application form from sams and the application fee was 500 from general , obc, sebs and 300 for sc ,st.The exam was of 100 marks and you will get 1:30 mins to complete hundred questions each carrying 1 mark. And there's also negative marking for wrong answer. For one wrong answer 0.25 mark will deduct from the secured mark. And yes u can qualify this examination with your Selfstudy. Because the examine is not that hard. But you should improve your knowledge about all the source , such as general knowledge, current affairs, your own course like if you are from arts background u should study history geography polity etc similarly for science physics chemistry biology mathematics etc. And also about education commission, committee, pedagogy. For pursuing B.ed course in Odisha, you must have bachelor's degree. The exam is conducted by odisha govt and all the information are available in samsodisha website. There is reservation for obc/sebc, sc,st,pwd students. There are some govt b.ed colleges as well as self financing b.ed colleges(more course fee tha govt b.ed college, approx 45k-50k per year).
