Management College with Army Ethos

The course is of 2 years and you can choose your specialization from Finance, HR, Marketing, or Business Analytics. The syllabus is based on and up to date with industry standards. Extra courses in skill development and personality development are also arranged by the college and are made compulsory for all students. The faculty are very supportive and professional.

Internship opportunities are given to students for both stipend and un- stipend internships. Live projects are also given. It totally depends upon the student what opportunities they crack. PPOs are also offered.

Placements are getting better every year. The average placement package is at 7.8LPA and the highest package is at 15LPA. Companies like Mondelez, ITC, Citibank, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, H&M, Reckitt, etc.

The fees have been recently reduced and since it's an army college, special scholarships, and deductions are offered to army-background students. Also, certain extra courses are subsidized by the institute.

The college has been shifted to a new campus in Newtown, Kolkata. The infrastructure is great with Centralized AC in the academic block. The hostel has all kinds of facilities of Geysers, Washing machines, etc. The library is huge with great resources. There are numerous extracurricular activities that the students are mandated to attend. There are clubs for every specialization too.

The hostel facilities are good as well. We have two shared rooms with an attached bathroom. All kinds of facilities are separately available for each floor including washing machines and RO water filters.

There was an online application form with the basic details. It was followed by a Selection procedure of GDPI. Your CAT score is required for application. You can also opt for JEEMAT, which is the University entrance exam. However other entrance exam scores like XAT, MAT, SNAP, etc. are not accepted. All the admission-related information is available on the website itself.

There were 2 rounds of GD and PI. GD is mostly based on debatable topics and Current Affairs. Communication and leadership skills are checked in GD. In a personal interview, most questions on the subject of graduation are asked along with some basic information.
