Course Curriculum Overview
As the IT sector was having a boom in covid era so I thought of choosing this course. faculty students ratio is good enough,20:1 is the student-faculty ratio, a few faculties are well qualified and amazing teachers rest are descent, the exams are conducted by SPPU for our college per semester there is an item and an ends
Placement Experience
The Placements at college are not really very good but not bad as well The average package a Student would get is 3 LPA, also the highest package this year was 14 LPA, mostly service-based companies come for hiring like Infosys and Oracle, this year somewhere around 50-60% of students got placed, Many students opt for masters after college as an alternative path
Fees and Financial Aid
For. For a general category student, the college fee is 120000. For EBC and EWS candidates there is a 50 per cent relaxation from government schemes likewise other reserved categories also do have it. there are not many on-campus jobs available you have to find a good job by yourself and build a network.
Campus Life
We have an annual fest called Dhruva where cultural events take place and the annual sports event Askara which is into college sports event, mostly conducted in the months of February - March. The library is pretty good all the books required are available plus we can request to order the books we want. The classroom is good enough. Sports and extracurricular activities are not given much importance over the college curriculum, there are different tech clubs like GDSC, ACM, IEEE for students' professional growth in technology
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is good enough there are triple to single sharing rooms and fee increases as number decrease, rooms are well-ventilated and furnished we have a LAN port at each room for every student, we have descent hostel facility rather good enough as it is inside the campus it makes easy to reach and manage college. The meal quality at the college canteen is good, this in the con as being in IT park we need to travel a lot to find good eating option mess food is not at all good, Registration process for a hostel is entirely from the website itself.
Admission
I took admitted to this college through an entrance test for all Maharashtra students opting for engineering MHT-CET, I got the information about the college from the college website itself, and I got admission in the EWS category with 94.34 percentile, The eligibility for the course are you need to qualify State board or respective board in 12th and get required percentile in MHT CET. I avail 50percent advantage in tuition fee for ews reservation
