Entrance Preview

The entrance was open for those qualified with valid Jee Mains score. The form was available on line so i could do all formalities on line and got admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The universality of course curriculum was o,k, as it was approved. There was not disagreement with course. it sufficient to make you a good engineer.

Placement Experience

The placement was good as the employer were coming to the campus for hiring students. But there were difficulties in providing Internship to students

College Events

The series of events used to be lined up in a year from academic to cultural to sports. The sports event used to very interesting to me particularly badminton game.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The very low charge of fees was a reason of rush of student to get admission in this institute. It was a meager Rs 30,000 per year very much affordable .

Campus Life

The campus life was as usually used to very pleasant. The neatly and game facility was a good time pass in the evening. We friend use play many game there.

Faculty

I can say the after the fees the faculties were the points of attraction of the institute as they were very cooperative in class and practical lab.

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

I choose this college because it is a GFTIs college and here the curriculum is good and structured in a right direction . The curriculum prepares us very well about the real - world application based problems and it too good . IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.
