All about Vivekanand College of Technology & Management, Aligarh

The course curriculum is very good here. As I had some of my interest in this course that's why I had chosen this course. I also think there are a lot of opportunities available in the future with this branch. Our faculty members are highly qualified from top institutes and had a very amazing way of teaching. And our exams happens usually happens 3-4 time in a semester.

The placements in our college are not very good. The highest package offered by our college is 4 lakh per annum while the lowest package offered is around 1-1.2 lakh per annum. The average package is around 2 lakh per annum or a little bit more. I think a very less amount of students get their college placement. I think it is even less than 60 %. I am thinking to pursue MBA after the completion of this degree.

The total fee for our course is around 65000rs per annum for my branch. And I think it is easily affordable for anyone who wants to do B Tech with Electrical Engineering. The scholarship offered is the Uzp government scholarship.

Life on campus is average. There is no cultural fest in our college. It directly means that there are no event or sports activities there. Our library is good and I think all the good books are available here. Also, there is a lot of sports material available in our college to play football, basketball, cricket, etc. But there is no social group or club or any website for students that is run by the students.

If you are thinking to take admission here then you can take it through jee mains counseling, or directly by visiting the college. I had taken admission after the completion of my diploma course. The application forms of JEE can be found on their official website, which are released in the month of Jan - March. The admission process is totally good. I don't think it needs any changes.
