Course Curriculum Overview
I want to explore interest in all domains that's why I choose PGDM(General) program. Faculty student ratio is generally 1:45 but it is not always constant in the second year it depends upon students who have taken the elective. Almost every faculty has PhD degree and relevant teaching experience. Exams are timely because PGDM is hectic and since there is a 50% passing criteria recently added students have to study properly to clear the exam.
Internships Opportunities
Companies offering Internships are - EY, KPMG, DE Shaw, Genpact, Asian Paints, Gartner, Red Bull etc Stipends for these companies are in the range of 30k to 100k. Other companies coming may not have this kind of internship stipend. Projects depend on company to company and the profile in which you applied.
Placement Experience
Trimester four students are eligible for placements. Almost complete batch get placed. Highest package is 25 Lakhs in finance domain and average package is around 11.5 lakhs. I will join the company in which I get my placement opportunity.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are hiked almost 10% per year whenever a new batch comes but it gets compensated with an increase in the average salary in campus placements. Apart from it hostel expenses also increased by 10%. Financial assistance was available to meritorious students but it was limited.
Campus Life
The annual Fest is "Tatva" which is conducted in Feb or March according to the course completion and how management decides. Books are given to us during the trimester wise and the library has enough books we also have Bloomberg lab for students. Sports fests are held like Ranbhoomi and Rantavya. Apart from it, there are various clubs which are managed by students only. Finance club, Operation Club, Drama Club etc
Hostel Facilities
The food is good but not very healthy. Rooms are generally shared with one person. The hostel is available for outside Delhi NCR students. Hostel fees are to be paid yearly in lumsump amount. Room facilities are good.
Admission
I take the CAT test which is required for the college to do the PGDM program. My percentile was 84. Above 82 percentile is the general cut-off. Apart from it, we have to give GD/PI for the further process. Application forms can be filled out by going to the college website.
Interview Experience
My interview was online and the topic for GD was India in 2025. In the Interview, they ask me questions about economics and general things about my interests. I prepare for this by giving some mock interviews and preparing mock answers to some top-asked questions.
