Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are designed in the cased study and Real life work experience among traditional teaching methods. The student-faculty is around 1:9 .Almost all the faculty are Ph.D. Holders or PersuingPh.DD. The courses designed are 6 equal trimester systems. The first year has 3 trimesters while 3 the next academic year. The grading system is based on 60% internal and 40% external where you need 50% in both to pass the subject.

Class Size: 34Course Fees: INR 1390000 per year

Placement Experience

LBSIM Provide a Lot of opportunity to a student with an average placement of more than 12 Lakh. About 100 % of students placed in DE SHAW, Delloite, EY, BAIN, ICICI, Genpact, KPMG, WIPRO, GARTNER, MARSH, and OXANE PARTNER are the prominent recruiter.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is 1390000 for the 2-year full-time program. The scholarship will provide based on financial status and academic performance. Generally, colleges provide Scholarships of 100000 to Candidates. The average Placement in college is more than 12 Lakh with a 99% Placement record.

Campus Life

Life at LBSIM is pretty good with a lot of clubs and co-curricular activities.LBSIM provides a lot of opportunities to candidates apart from academics for holistic development. Classrooms are highly equipped with comfort and technology.

Admission

The admission process is shortest based on CAT/XAT/GMAT score After that candidates go through a GD/PI Process. The offer letter from the college will be based on Prior education, Work experience, CAT /XAT /GMAT score, and GD/PI Performance .you can find the application form on their site and the last date will be around the end of January.

Interview Experience

Yes after shortlisting my application I took appear for GD/PI. There are around 6-7 candidates in discussion followed by Personal Interview. The topic they give for GD is the aadhar card and the right to privacy.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The university provide both the internship and placements opportunities to the students. For summer internships the companies start visiting the campus after 4-5 months from joining the college and everyone is eligible for that. The 2 month summer internship is mandatory for every student. And for final placements companies visits in the last semester of the course. The highest package for MBA is 23 lakhs and average package is approx 7-8 lakhs. The placements rate is approx 70-80% In terms of ROI college is good.

IIFT:- THE MOST UNDERRATED BSCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY

Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree

LBSIM: Life Changing Experience for me.

I was offered admission by Fore, Delhi, NMIMS Bangalore, Hyderabad, GLIM Gurgaon but I talked to people of different colleges on Linkedin. I found that LBSIM people were good at interactions and overall location, curriculum suited me the most. The admission process had a GD followed by PI. I was selected through CAT but selection through XAT is also availble. Cut off ranges from 72 percentile for RBA to 84 percentile for General. I had wailist at Fore, which got clear after the first round but the response of LBSIM's RBA was better than Fore's BDA...Read More
