Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Human Resources is the business wing responsible for hiring and managing its workforce. I did an internship in the second year of my bachelor's college as an HR Intern with an automobile company which made me realize the importance of HR management and this internship increased my inclination toward this particular field. The faculty members at JBIMS are highly qualified and experienced in their field. They use variety of teaching methods, Including lectures, group discussions and case studies to engage students and ensure they are able to understand and apply the material. The faculty-student ratio is also relatively low, which allow more individualised attention for students.Term exams at JBIMS are generally timely and well organised, which allows students to prepare effectively and perform to the best of their abilities.

JBIMS is known for its strong track record of placements. The college has a dedicated placement cell that works closely with companies to provide students with the best opportunities possible. The highest package offered in the JBIMS MHRD course was 21.5 lakhs/per annum and the average package of the course was 16.5 lakhs/per annum.JBIMS offers 100% placement. My plans after getting the degree are to work with renowned companies and teams and to become an expert at what I do.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are 3.5 lakh/annum for my course with a high ROI (return on investment). The average package of my course is 16.5 lakhs and as compared to fees and ROI of the majority of B-schools in India It is affordable and reasonable. Fees of college are hiked with respect to changing inflation rates and Fees consist of all the expenses, Rather be it books, study material, subscriptions, etc.

Admission

The admission process was quite rigorous. We gave a Written test of 100 marks and students who cleared the cut-off moved to the second round. The second round consisted of WAT, PI, and GD which had a cumulative score of 100 Marks. So the total final cut-off list was out of 200 marks. The eligibility of the course is a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline along with a minimum of 60% marks in SSC and HSC. Form/Fees/Dates- Information regarding Fees is mentioned on the website and it is revised every single year with keeping the current inflation rate in mind. No, I have not availed of any Reservation benefits.

Interview Experience

5

Yes, I did give GD, PI, and WAT. Topics of GD are generally related to current affairs and social-related topics. GD and PI are done in an Offline setting.GD goes for 30 minutes with every student getting on an average of 2-3 minutes to speak. I did gave many Mock interviews and GDs in my coaching institute before giving the final GD at JBIMS. That's how I prepared for it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for healthcare because it's the future and there are forever the job scopes, future safety, informative, knowledgeable, way to serve society in times of pandemics and healthcare industry is vast. The curriculum is updated, and is available as per the real time. It is detailed. Teaching methods should have a PPT to study or any developed material on screen. As of now they give lectures and they are fast. It doesn't share any notes too. It's self study pattern offcourse but little improvement is required. Exams are AI proctored online mode, Timings for exams are twice a semester and are easy to qualify as these are objective .

Admission:

I am currently in the first year of my MBA course at AIBM university. The admission process was pretty straightforward and smooth. Students who have a Bachelor's degree can apply for admission in MBA programme. The eligibility is graduation with 50% + score of either of the five tests (CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, MAHCET) is considered. One should know that the final selection also depends on group discussions and personal interview rounds. The process is very much like any other MBA college only, and it starts with filling up an application online.

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
