Course Curriculum Overview

MBA course has wider opportunities, and taking MBA from IGNOU has different advantages. Comparable low fees are required here and also it is approved by almost organization. IGNOU is a national level University. At the same time, the disadvantage includes we don't get proper guidance.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 62000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for MBA in each sem is 15500 and the total includes 62000 the exam fees are separate. There is no scholarship for students studying MBA. While Considering fees in other colleges here it is a low fee.

Campus Life

We have class on distance mode and have no campus feeling. There is no campus for IGNOU students. Students studying at IGNOU are almost working professionals and other activities engaged persons they have no situation for studying on the campus.

Admission

Admission to IGNOU for the MBA courses is open two times a year January and July sessions. For the MBA course, the eligibility is to have graduated in any stream. After the COVID crisis, there is no entrance exam is conducted for admission, before that open mat is conducted and the qualified students at that entrance were only got admission. The admission fee for MBA in each sem is 15500/- and need to re-register for each sem. The admission process can easily be done online.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package

All about IGNOU

I applied only to this college because of its flexibility ( you can choose your exam centre anywhere in India), affordability and degree recognition, not because it was my dream college. I didn't applied to any other college. The eligibility for admission is based on minimun academic qualification like 10+2 for UG programs. I applied in college in Delhi only, and got selected in IP University as well, but I was looking for a correspondence mode of study so I withdrawl that option and applied for IGNOU.
