I choose this college mainly because the course is job oriented and has many opportunities in different fields like pharmaceuticals, laboratories, and in research fields, etc. The course has good opportunities abroad. The faculty here is also really good and qualified.

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are a little bit lower compared to other colleges in India. The fee structure for BSc biochemistry is 2000 per semester and we have to pay examination fees separately which vary from 400 to 800. Various scholarships under state/central government like Post matric scholarships are available for the students who are eligible.

Campus Life

Various fests are conducted in the college each year College day is usually celebrated in the month of February each year. Onam celebration is one of the main fest conducted. Various fests like food fests,iftaar, etc are also conducted each year.

Admission

50% marks are the eligibility criteria for admission to graduation. The application for admission is online through a single window called (cap) admission for graduation was open from July 2019. There are reservations available for students belonging to the sc/St category.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. I choose this course because it is rare and it have high potential in national as well international level. But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application. They should include seperate good lab facilities for environmental studies,need permanent teachers and placement activities should be provided.
