Best Non IIM MBA college.

To be frank no bad about SJMSoM its not just management school you get a whole package of MBA and host of other facilities there is no end to learning there amazing faculty, nicely laid out pedagogy, Unending resource at your disposal etc its upto you on

JMET was the exam during our time however now, CAT is the entrance exam this was one of the other top colleges I had opted for. I finally got through MDI, IMT, SIBM and SJMSoM. I Opted SJMSoM, because it has vast resources of IIT Bombay at your disposal. Further, you have flexibility to credit any course offered by any of the IIT Dept. Hence you can learn a lot which would certainly come to your help in future. Further, the placement at SJMSoM is very good and you can always leverage the strong IIT Bombay network.

The course curriculum was very well planned out pedagogy. It covers all section of MBA, from Finance, Marketing, IT, IT Change management, Operations etc we also had elective courses on aviation strategy which is a unique amongst many of the MBA colleges.

Summer internship was good many in our batch including me got stipend close to INR 1,00,000 per month we were given internship by some of the top corporate houses in India.

Placement is exceptionally good there are variety of companies on campus including Finance, HSBC, Yes Bank, SBI Caps etc, Consulting COmpany like EY, KPMG, Avlon, GeP, Bristlecone etc and many FMCG like P&G, Reckitt, Marico, Loreal, Mondelez, etc many manufacturing companies like Cummins etc everyone got placed within Day 2.

Technical event avenues once a year QUartely we have Continuum a rolling seminar on Operations, Marketing, IT, FInance and HRMood Indigo: Asias largest college festival organised by IIT Bombay Many other fest conducted by IIT Bombay and other branches.

During our time it was INR 4 Lakh around i think currently it is around INR 9 Lakh however you have loan facility end of the story is this investment is worth doing because RoI is much much higher.

Available i am not aware of the current scenario however there are many scholarships available for being topper, being within the top 10. For poor students they can also avail the scholarship benefit offered by the IIT.

Do any one needs to know how the life at IIT Campus is like to summarise it one of IIT Dean had said if you sleep more than 5 hours in IIT you are sure to miss something you have ocean of resources at your disposal its upto you on how you utilize them foreign language, Swimming classes, Dance classes, Photography classes, Operations Research class you name it you have it.

You have a strong alumni network of SJMSoM itself, Along with that you also can leverage on the vast IIT Bombay network and overall IIT network itself. SJMSoM alumnis are now placed in numerous high positions with many of them having turned into Entrepreneur.

Exam will be there thought the course so there shall not be any week without exam but within 3~4 months you get used to exams and exams will never be burden.
