Remarks

So I Got admission to Shah and Anchor Kutchhi enginnering college in the year. The way in which u can get into the college is: By MHT-CET. For the Maharashtra State Common Entrance exam, u need to get abe 85+ to get an IT or CS branch, if you are a Gujarati Minority Student you can get an IT or Cs Seat easily just by Scoring 60 percentile or even lesser. So I got a TFWS (Tution fees waiver scheme )seat in which I do not have to pay any tution fee .any one having an income certificate and a family income less than 700000 can get a seat but the cutoff gets increased by 3-4 percentile as compared to open category student. And there are only 5 seats per branch of TFWS. By JEE Mains JOINT Entrance Exam so JEE mains students who scored about 80+ can get addmission to the college easily In IT or Cs branch But there are limited seats through jee mains. I think it only has upto 8-10 seats So basically CET is more Preferred if you want to get into the college easily

Course Curriculum Overview

4

So I choose this because I was always interested in programming and all the other algorithm also choose it because IT has fewer hardware-related subjects as compared to CS. The faculty: student ratio of the college is 1:18. The qualifications of the teacher are mostly Ms, Btech, MTech and a few phd holders. There are a quality teachers in the college and 2,3 professors who would not like because of the behaviour of the teacher you should try to avoid them but the rest of the others are very helpful and kind to students The teaching style is like ppt is presented in the class and the professor explains it if the students have doubts they can ask if they have, and there are quizzes that are taken at the end of the modules. The terms are always on time of 20 marks one can easily score good marks like 17+ if they just all the lectures and attend the quiz on regular basis. Question banks are also available for the term exams for the practice of the student and for revising the topics.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

There are a lot of companies in which u can get internships through college with a decent stipend. There is various role available for interns like marketing, web development, python-related, java-related interns and many more. You get mail of 2 to 3 internships and sometimes even more internship mail from the college per month. Most of the internships are for the third and fourth year and a few of them are for second-year students. This is quite an easy way you can get an internship if you have skills during college and also NOC are easily given if you do an internship There are mini-projects every semester starting from the second year and you get a guide and a co-guide for each group, a group has four members and mini-projects are great for developing skills. The mini-projects are industry level and every student should compulsorily do the project, there 2 reviews of the project by the guide and an external review at the end of the semester. There are regular meetings to check the progress

Placement Experience

4.5

After The sixth semester, the students get eligible for campus placements, which is basically at the start of the fourth year. The college is visited by many top companies like Accenture, L&T, Sciative, LTI, Capgemini, tcs, Reliance Jio and many others. The average package was 4,00,000+ for the year 2021-2022, many students also got a package of 6,00,000+ too. The highest package went up to 23,87,000 CTC for 2021-2022 by clear tip company, one of the students also got 21,00,000 CTC from box8 company and still, the placements are ongoing. Around 55 per cent of the students are placed for the year 2020-21 and other placements still going on The plan after the degree is to do a job for 2-3 years and get some experience, after that going to do masters in data science from out of India mostly from Germany

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of one year of the B.E course is 1,40,000 and if you get addmission through tfws you do not have to pay the Tution fees and your fees become 16,000-18,000. You do not have to worry if u get through the open category there are many scholarships available the most common scholarship among the student is Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Scholarship you can get up to 80,000 rupees back according to the c.g.p.a you got every year college mails you the scholarship once the form is distributed. There are many internship opportunities for second and third-year students and also for fourth-year students The intership are through college, and they mail u the college id. The placements also start at beginning of the fourth year itself. There are quite a good number of company visiting the campus like jio, tcs, Infosys and the average package is around 3,50,000-4,00,000 and the highest package is went12,00,000+

Campus Life

3.5

The college fest is in march it is a one-week fest having various activities and a DJ at the end of the week. The fest is the best part of the academic year for every student it contains a lot of group activities, games, sports and even e-sports. There will be one game or activity you would take part in and there is a great competitive environment on the campus at that time The college library contains a lot of books for the students and the library is quite big, around 120 students can easily sit in the library but you have to return the book on time or you will be fined The college is not good for you if you are looking for career growth in sports. There are college sports teams but I have not seen any official college practices or matches. The college has many student bodies and clubs, the few among them are e-cell, google developer club, research cell, etc. like a lot other clubs you can join any club according to your choice and need, but some decisions of the head u would not like

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
