Remarks

Firstly I had gone to the admission block. After that, we had talks with the director and a girl who was showing us the campus. there was no entrance exam, but there was a Sir who was taking a small viva that why do you choose this course and other things. The application can be found in the admission block ( first building, Right side after entering the campus ).

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose this course to explore programming was my first interest, secondly, it has a major scope as technology is building up day by day, thirdly a consulted with my sister coz she is also a Software Engineer at salesforce. In each semester there avg 5-6 subjects & 8 to 10 teachers with 60 students in each section. The faculty is well qualified, many have been qualified from IIT, nits etc. Their teaching method is also unique like a way that a student can understand a topic perfectly. If we have learnt everything and paid attention during the class then it's easy to pass the exam.

Internships Opportunities

3

I am in 2nd year right now so I don't know the internship process as I'll get a chance in two-three months for an internship. Many students have been sent to IIT for a semester. From what I have seen, in 3rd semester some students have been sent to IIT Gandhinagar, and now in 4th semester, many more students who have applied are being sent to IIT Hyderabad who has applied for it.

Placement Experience

4

In my view, Students became eligible for campus placements in 4th-year coz because companies hire students in 4th year only. At the end of 2nd-year students are sent for internships which the university helps in. Many companies have been visited on campus like IBM, and many more which I'm unable to call right now. the highest package is 16 lakh p.a. and the average package is 8 lakh P.a. Till now what I have seen is 50 % of students are placed in the 4th year and university helps in placements for other left students. My plan is My plan I don't want to reveal my plan.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think for a medium family it is costly to study as its overall fee without scholarships is 8,00,000 INR. At first, when we going to take admission the scholarship is given on based on the 10th, 12th, and JEE MAINS percentages (if given). Then after from 2nd-year scholarships are given on the base of 1st year's CGPA. At 15% , 25% , 50% ,75% , 100% .

Campus Life

4

The name of our annual fest is SABRANG, Tech Fest is HACKATHON. The annual function is celebrated at the next level with a duration of 3-4 days, many events are being performed, each day some Artists have been called for performance, like this year Anuv Jain performed In JKLU SABRANG, DJ Tejas and many more. A marathon race is also performed in the Named SPARDHA event in which some kind of race happens and many sports events like basketball, cricket, football, badminton etc. The sports facility is very good except badminton court, but I believe in future it will be developed at a good level. Many clubs have been run like the coding club which is run by students with the help of teachers. and many more things.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle, bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
