Remarks

The college management is in good hands and it knows it faults where it lacks and hope they will work toward it i.e. Gym timing at college.There has no incident till now on basis of the gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status

Entrance Preview

The earned the college admission on merit i secured first class in higher secondary examination 66 %. There is no specific entrance exam to qualify. The requirement for the course is any graduate. The Amritsar college of engineering and technology is one of the oldest college in Amritsar district.

Campus Life

The campus is one of the largest in Amritsar Area which is very big , very few colleges have such big campus. the college life calm no parties or misbehaviour inside the college as the no outside student can enter the college because of the security bars which open only by college ID

Every year seniors organise the freshers party to welcome the juniors and Juniors throwaway send off party to seniors. The alumni helps students to get juniors internship or job at their firm based on their performance in college events. The Students are connected by the college Facebook group

Faculty

The faculty is that aspect of our college where the college stands out and is ahead of other colleges. The faculty is highly qualified and almost every professor of the college holds a professional degree like CA, MBA, PhD etc. The faculty is very helpful and solve the doubts of the students as and when they come up.

Lovely Professional University’s Truth!!

Placement Experience:

The campus placements here are good. Many of my batchmates have been placed. Students become eligible for placements after second year. Many companies have visited here and offered job roles in different fields like sales, operation, lead generation etc. Packages offered ranges from 10lpa to 4 lpa. And the average package is 5 lpa. There is an option if you dont want to chose placement services. Mostly students who have opted for placements services have been placed and the rest will also be placed soon. My plan is to pursue MBA after the completion of my degree.

Good but jot enough

The admission process was quite easy , I had to visit the college with my 10-12 DMC and some personal identity verification photostat and 7 pictures of mine and the advance after they admit in their college was 10,000 and later when the session begin they took a clear fee of 45000 approx. The reservation benefits were not that much but the seats were ofcourse booked by the students before as they paid before for it. There is nothing like an extrance exam but is a scholarship test conducted on-line for locals to get some ressieson mentioned above. It is a noce easy experience tho....Read More
